Volunteers Needed for Grand Lodge Archives.
Kindest Fraternal Greetings!
To the Brethren of the Louisiana Lodge of Research:
We need volunteers to help catalog, box, move, and store archival records and other historical items of the Grand Lodge of Louisiana. The Grand Lodge's new building is not yet finished and various items need to be placed in mini-storage for preservation until they can be reviewed by a learned Committee for disposition. Some of these items are vital to Louisiana Masonic research. Without your help, they may be lost. We need manpower, trucks, archival boxes, catalog materials, and donations to help pay for mini-storage until a permanent location is found to store the archives. We also need help digitizing some of these records to make them available to Masonic researchers in the future. Please contact me for more information as soon as possible. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
